Suspect 11 : Sarcastic Bystander

Sarcastic Bystander

September 1913, Covent Garden, London. Wimpole Street, near the Higgins residence…

Andrew Holmes (although we aren’t sure of his name ‘cause he is drunk all the time and therefore I’ll call him “that weird sarcastic” man for the sake of reference).

Mid-20s.Originally from Shelsey - his speech is telltale. He has been reported wondering around the Higgins residence looking for the flower girl… The neighbors believe he is looking for Miss Doolittle. He is quite energetic and very jumpy when asked questions.

He has been reported to have come to words with Mr. Higgins outside the church at Covent Garden. He thinks Mr. Higgins is a copper’s nark. We can confirm that Mr. Higgins is not  a copper… about being a nark, we shall find out.

Drunk, lazy, aimlessly wandering (maybe a case of flâneur). Pretentious, irritated, tempered.

“I’d like to go into the housing question with you, I would.”
