Evaggelia Mourtzanou (Ευαγγελία Μουρτζάνου)

Evangelia Mourtzanou started her studies at the department of English Language and Literature in the University of Athens in 2014. She joined the drama club in 2015 because a) she heard about it from Mr. Blatanis (aka the best source of theatrical knowledge!) and b) she wanted to learn more about theatre and engage more with this aspect of English literature.

She likes to read novels and expand her level of understanding, while drinking a cup of coffee. She enjoys exploring new places and meeting new people while admiring the sunsets or the stars in the city. She also tries to help people in need and the environment by voluntarily taking part in various events.

She would like to pursue an academic career and become like the professors she admires. Having finished her undergraduate studies in 2018, she continued her academic path by completing two Master’s programs. Last but not least, she always keeps in her heart the very first encounterwith the English drama, back in 2015.
